All right, yeah, Sherp lays out today, so he sent me, I just have a few things, start with the jail population. It's morning, we have 83 total inmates, 67 males, 16 females, we have 16 DOC holds, one parole hold. DOC not showing up? I don't know if they're just about to show up, that is quite a few. We've been having better luck with them taking them, so we had our annual jail inspection on July 1st, we don't have the official report back from the state, but the inspector was very pleased and we had no negative findings again this year, so that's good. And then the last thing, we're in the process of switching over to ESI phone service, per the contract of the commissioner signed quite some time ago. This switch will be cutting our phone bill almost in half each month, as well as replacing our very old and antiquated phones, which cannot be programmed or set up, I guess the last technician that could do that retired, so we have very old phones, so it'll be a good thing for us. The savings will help us recoup the upfront costs in under two years. Our infrastructure and cabling had to be upgraded to support the system. Scott and Ikirk finished that install yesterday, currently running a 48-hour system test to make sure everything is good, and once that is good to go, the new phone should be shipped and installed, so that should be a good thing for us. And I think their internet-based is what I, so hopefully their internet's good enough for those, but that's all I have unless you guys have anything for me or for us. Okay, thank you.
