thank you we are proud of it I will say you know we are we will sell the home so we will not be the owner obviously at some point but we've always felt that Cook's name is on that in one way or another so we we have a tremendous amount of pride in it and want to make sure that it is developed properly and the homes are constructed really top quality and that's what we're doing so far I want to add a couple more things these are owner occupied homes we are interested in owner occupancy typically in our developments renting is not permitted it is into the into the the deed or the covenants of the property that it is owner occupancy only and so that's important us because we feel like that is what people desire that is what can help them long-term and that's what helps build community here so I agree with these guys it's it has good potential my concern where I view it from is how much public involvement are going to require for you guys to do this that's where I kind of get concerned about it their finances are at an all-time low I guess I'll call it and I just don't want to to strap our citizens in any way through some of these economic development programs it ends up costing them on the back end sure you know be attacked the basements or whatever else vehicles you have possibly proposing I have no idea what you're actually looking at but that will be my concern okay noted thank you
