the streets some utility lines and those kind of things and how the storm water drainage will occur so we're going to we're going to hopefully meet on site here soon with our engineers to kind of go through that. Our goal is in our plan to this point and we've been in communication with your high-wing engineers to build those streets to the county's specs. We will meet those county specs and our goal would be that eventually we could convey those to the county and they could become county roads and so that's why we one of the first things I did was make sure we had your specs down so we were designing them to those to those to what your needs are and what your what your requirements are. We'll then partner with the economic development folks we've already been in touch with Dan and others about how can we help market this and to people in this community because we feel this would be a valuable resource for Lawrence County to bring homes in the price range hopefully between 200 and who knows how big we may build there it could be a little it could be higher than 300. Our most expensive home in Owen County is 329 and that's a four bedroom two bath home that's almost 1900 square feet well below market in most in most communities but that's what we want to do we want to bring housing to people here in this region at a price that we hope many more people can afford and so in addition to building houses what we've done is we've partnered with a lot of banks and mortgage lenders we've gone into cook facilities to talk about what we're doing and to explain the process and to build awareness within cook I can tell you through our surveys there's a lot of interest in housing in Lawrence County matter fact there are over 600 cook employees who live in Lawrence County currently and commute to one of our companies in in mostly Monroe County it's a really strong base just at CFC properties alone we have a lot of employees who who live in Lawrence County I often joke if you need something if you need to know how something works and how to fix it and how to install typically it's the folks from Lawrence County that know how to do that stuff so we rely on them quite a bit and that's why we're here this is a place that we feel would be a good market for us we feel that the community is very welcoming to us and in terms of what we're doing and we feel it would be a tremendous asset for Lawrence County and so our goal today was simply to present this to you because I know that a lot of people are beginning to talk about it and we wanted you to hear from us about what our projects are and then give you a chance to ask a couple questions but we don't have an ask for you today although we have been exploring and may come to you with the idea of a partnership to lower the elevation right at the right where the entrance to our neighborhood would be to make the road the county road maybe a little safer we think that'd be a benefit for Lawrence it meets all of the safety specs now but we think it could be improved so that may be something that we come to you after we've done a little more analysis on that but our goal here was simply to show you in kind of a visual format what we're doing give you some ideas of some housing plans that we have we have not decided on the models here at all but we've got a lot of nice lots some of which are over an acre in size and just wanted to tell you tell you about that and tell you how excited we are to do this and then I'll take questions if any if you have any for me
