We try to look at reconstructing what the rates work for all entities that receive lit. And the state says you cannot calculate that because it's affected by other things that are the rates. So, you know, I have a whole state budget for the anti-cola. For me to help suggest what she had. And she said there's no way to figure what your original rates work. So, I contacted Rick Hall and Martin Thornburg because their firm is working for the commissioners on a bond issue. I think for the shell building. And I also conferred with the... Would they submit? I'm going to get hold of Rick because I have no way to draft an ordinance of resolution to read. We do the lit the way we want to do it. Because I don't have the existing information. So, I talked to Rick last week. He said, will help you. I think what we're going to need to do is to read it off to it. And I don't know how they're going to approach getting those rates done. But we need to know what those rates are for each of the distributes. And if we're not going to do a rate for solid waste management district, that's fine. But we still have to have the rates for the others. Rick's going to need the letter that he wants to send out. My own comment on that. What he had is... I don't think we have to have more than one hearing. I thought it was two hearings, ten days apart. Pardon me? I thought it was two, ten days apart. Well, I think you can come by. I'm basing off this off of what we went through last time. And I don't know. The bus location, if it's here, is once ten days apart. Yeah. So as far as the location of the units has applied. And I've been advised by the state and the fertility rate. That can be sent to the units of the electronic. We could do it by email. But we've got able to raise the incentives so we can see that. I am waiting for... I've been checking my email in case it got something important. Rick, because he's supposed to be getting back to me. I hope he has something to present for you tonight. I don't have so. If you want to set time and dates that you can, we've got to have the information that gets distributed to them before. You know, because we have to be able to tell what we're supposed. And not just set the meetings and say we're going to change. Well, I've been waiting for them because we just come back from AIC conference. And up there, which I talked about, and was it Jamie? Jamie. And they have the roadmap for doing this. So far, I've not been able to get back in touch with them. I've called them the whole nine yards, but there was one thing it agreed on. And that's what I talked to you about earlier, is going ahead and sending this letter of intent out. And actually, I pulled up the one from last year, when we did Shaw's work. And there's nothing really on this, in my opinion, which I showed that to you, too, that changes on this. So there is no expirations on this letter. The notes that goes to the newspaper should either have the rates published or they should refer to a list of rates that is available when you want to. Yes. This letter is fine. This one is basically notification. That's correct. But the only thing that we do need, which I showed you there earlier, is this is the one from Shaw's work. When we did Shaw's work, it was on the 30th of 2025. We would have to change that date there to current, because everything else on this, nothing has actually changed. And then the other thing that we would have to do is, which you also have to, if our memory serves me right, on the bottom of that paper on those meetings dates, is go ahead and set those meeting dates. In the notification. And the ones that I talked,
