Compared to reports that I received on some of my predecessors. Professionalism has been something that I've worked hard on within my agency. And efficiency, you can tell that by the budget. We're doing everything we can to decrease costs where we can. Be effective with the money that we use. And a lot of that comes down to keeping morale high and me trying to keep morale high. So I'm happy to hear about the stipend. I really hope that at some point. The situation turns around where cost of living adjustments can be considered by a council for county employees. Because, you know, this is hard work for the community that the county employees do. And they times are tough for everybody too. And they come to work every day. Work very hard. And, you know, as you all know, all the prices haven't gone down. But we also understand. And I try to let everybody in my office understand that we're in a situation where we're trying to identify what sort of economic crisis we're actually in. And a lot of question marks out there. I do believe that there's light on the other side of whatever tunnel of SB1 put us in. But we'll get there. I assume you got the budget letter today. I did. I don't think I'm supposed to mention it out loud. I'm not going to. You got it. Yeah. Okay. So there's three things you missed on three reimbursements. Two of those three go back to the general fund. That's true. Mr. Meade reimbursement. And then the chance. The chance does it. Yeah. The only one that doesn't. The chance is not. Correct. I was trying to remember that last total from that meeting. So I have. I came prepared with the number of reimbursements. So. In. 2022. The county only received. Three hundred eighty five thousand. Dollars in reimbursement. In twenty twenty three we moved that up to four hundred and eleven thousand seven hundred and twenty three in reimbursement. And twenty twenty four. We moved it. This is all county general at this point. Four hundred and twenty seven thousand five hundred and thirty three eighteen. And in twenty twenty five we received four hundred and thirty eight thousand eight hundred and sixty six dollars and eighty three cents. That four hundred and thirty eight eight six six point eight three includes the roughly twenty one that we got from Mr. Meade reimbursement. But does not include the chins because the chins goes into a non reverting fund. All my other funds. Fee generated funds go into the. County general so the forty percent reimbursement from the state and Mr. Meade reimbursement. So directly into county because chins can only be used for chins. It can only be used for chins and chins adjacent services. That's one thing and then the other thing. And I don't know what you guys were. And I was in the meeting the other day that your contract has got renewed. Yeah, my board. It was a. Yeah, four more. Four more. He's in. Four more. He does four years. He's contract for four years. And his board voted on that day of the day and he's contract. So as long as Greg keeps running for sheriff, he's got to listen to me.
