How's Leslie? I'm doing okay. How are you all doing? Good. Awesome. Well, I'm here today because I am pleased to introduce a new space to you all that you will see more often and maybe mine a little bit less. So with the Extension Transformation, a new position that was created is the Regional Operations Lead. And so here Lawrence County is going to be served by Adi and she is amazing. I can't say enough about how excited I am about this change. So she is going to be starting to take some of the County Extension Director responsibilities off my plate and she'll be handling them. And so I can let her tell you a little bit more about herself. She's been with Extension for several years now and like I said, I'm thrilled about this. Good evening, Councilman. My name is Adi, like Leslie said. And I am the Regional Operations Leader overseeing Lawrence County. I was accent educator in Monroe. So I'm familiar with Extension and all the different work, all the great work that they do. And like Leslie said, I'll also be taking over so presenting budgets and in more communication with you all. So if you have any questions about Extension, I will be your point of contact. So I'm happy to work with Leslie and her team there. They do a lot of great work here in Lawrence County so I'm happy to be of assistance. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you too. I will help you bunch it for a time. Just all the time. All the time. Yeah, I'll give you a focus on 4-H more and that's the reason I want my passion is. Yeah. Do you all have any questions for us right now that we can answer? I did. You probably just said it and I missed it. Why are we bringing in another person and who is producing this? Yeah, so Audi is actually for the region. Purdue Extension is currently undergoing a transformation to a more regional model in some things. And so one of those is the County Extension Director of Responsibilities. Audi is actually going to be handling four counties of that correct. So she'll be taking those responsibilities for four. That way I can give more time to the 4-H program. So that title is no longer yours. County Extension Director, come up to her. It will not be mine. No. We're doing a very slow, deliberate transition so that we can hand off things properly and so that our communities don't see any interference and we can do as, do this as intentionally as we possibly can. So yeah. But yeah, come budget season and everything like that. I'll get to see Audi and I'll be here working together. I know a lot of you all from a lot of years that we've gotten to work together. So I think her so that we can smooth that transition as much as possible. Yeah, so like Leslie said, I'm hoping to take over more of her role so she can focus on things to grow the youth of a program here in Lauren. So I'll be doing more with that so she can focus more on 4-H. And that's the purpose of my role in different counties so that educators can focus more on serving the community and we take off some of that administrative work. So they're able to focus and dedicate more time to their communities. Awesome. Thank you so much. I know what you're doing for her time. Exactly. It's the season, yes. What are the counties you met? You saw Florence? In addition to Florence, I ever see Monroe, Brown, and Morgan County. It's on the area. Awesome. Any questions? Please send me the contact information so I have it on the file. Yeah, I believe it was in the email that I see her on but I'll get that sent over. Yep. Thank you. And for the questions. Okay, thank you. Oh, thank you all. Thank you. Thank you all. Good evening. Thank you. Okay. Paul Edwards. Good evening. I'm Paula. Good. How are you? Good. I'm here to ask to have a transfer approved. I'm transferring $544.94 from one grant to another grant because it was actually pulled out of the wrong grant. These are legacy grants that we actually gave up getting once we took the health first Indiana funding. And so this actually will close out in one of the grants and we still have some money that we're using for equipment and other things left in the other grant. Awesome. Any questions for Paula? Any motion to approve this transfer? I have a first remaining. Second. Second fulfilled. Any further questions or comments? All in favor of the motion? Please say aye. Aye. Opposed? It's done. Thank you. Thank you. Okay. Chad.
