All right. So you're asking about a spouse or a car out of you need a spouse? Wait a minute. That's not on. Get the green button. That's not working. Okay. Do you need your... So my question is, if I'm married and my spouse works for a different employer, can they pick up insurance with the County, or do they have their separate insurance? Yes. It would be the same way it is now. Okay. So we have that pet spouse or a car out. So they, if they're for offer insurance, they would need to pick it up there. Okay. My other question is, my husband works for the Sheriff's Department also. Okay. Can we be on the same plan, or again, do we have to be on the separate plan? Because we do the exact same thing. Well, then you could have separate plans. Or can we join you? Or you could have a joint plan? Okay. So when our County policy calls, the car is still for our joint policy. Okay. Okay. I'll defer to you. I'm happy. And we are planning to review all of our handbook policies. Okay. Now, as it stands, in my opinion, as it stands here today, you would have to have separate. Okay. That's the way the handbook reads. Okay. Okay. I don't know if that was subject to change or anything like that. It is subject to change, but. Right now, I'm saying this is... That's right. And this new plan is under federal law. It's going to require us to keep it that way, because if your employer, if there's, he has us a separate plan that can't combine them, because of that spastic cart bag. So essentially, you could choose the same plan. I think it's where you can. So you could still have choosing a plan. The amount of the county contributes is the same either way. Right. So it just depends on what you want, I think. Because you could choose separate plans as well. Yes. Okay. What do I need to do? And as long as we're talking about the separate plans, maybe Jeff is going to cover this, but under this new proposal, there are options that the employee has of picking up the base plan that we have proposed, or if you have specific reason that you want to increase your coverage, or cover other instances, you have that option. Okay. Now you pay the additional premium for that, but there are other options other than just the base plan. Okay, that's true. Thank you. The base plan clearly just sets the amount of subsidy that Lawrence County is going to pay per each policy. And it's a good plan. I don't want to mislead anybody to make them think that we're not providing the best coverage that we can, and it's very, very similar to what the existing plan is today. It's still a PBL plan. It works out of state. I mean, it's got a bigger network than Anthem itself. We will be able to look at the paperwork and... That will come up. Within a few days, you will begin an email where you are the schedule from the appointments. These guys are going to sit down individually, either on a phone call or in person, while each person through the procedure so they can see what their options are and help them advise them to pick a plan. And they know what the base plan will pay towards what your election and what plan you want, and they will advise you through that so you can see it. It gets me a little complicated, and that's why they are going to basically lead everyone hand-to-hand right through the process so that they can get the best choice for their family. Okay, so thank you. And July 15th is the cut-off date on the enrollments. That's right. So they have got about three weeks to contact and do every employee. And probably in relation to what you are getting ready to ask which hasn't been spoken yet. If you are a Medicare age, you have to know that. My question is going to be with the base plan, are the employees going to see a large increase in their portion that they have to have? It looks like it is going to be very, very, very close. There will be a handful of people that will end up raising it.
