But before I go forward, I want to tell you we've changed it up a little bit this year. So we decided for America's 250. We also listened to a lot of the community members. And there, we wanted to go forward and separate the limestone heritage festival from the 4th of July celebration. So that means no longer having two firework shows. The firework show will be on the 4th of July with the city. We won't have one a week prior to that. And that also means moving the parade back to the 4th of July at noon. So we talked about, you know, there was kind of a perception that our limestone heritage festival was kind of competing with the 4th of July. So we decided that because June is National Limestone Month, that we were going to kind of bring it to the front of June. So we're wanting to do that on the 6th, that Saturday, the 6th. We're only doing it one day instead of two this year. You know, we can deal with change, but maybe not two days of change. So we are excited about that. We will be requesting use of the entire courthouse grounds. We're going to have seating. We're going to have vendor markets and stuff set up. It won't be very much different than how it has been before except it will just be the one day. So we'll meet it for June 6th. What about farmer's market? Farmers market is going to be incorporated to. They're actually going to be because we're doing a craft vendor to some of the farmer's market is going to be part of that. And then it'll wrap around. So we're excited about the changes. And one thing that it will do is before we have had the limestone heritage festival and the parade going on on the same day. So that has really tied up parking because all of this is shut down. That will not be the case. So none of the streets, highway 50, none of that will be shut down. So there will be parking along like courthouse plaza and all of the parallel parking. So it wouldn't be a parking issue. What time of day do you anticipate that ending on that Saturday? 10 o'clock. I'm going to think it'll be done by 10. Yes. I always was asking because if we have fit weather we do have our parking lot striping. It's going to have to occur a weekend and I need to be able to let that gentleman know when things are available. If he doesn't manage to get a dry weekend prior to that. Okay. Yeah, it'll be done by 10 but we'll be starting bright and early. We the night before we're going to be shut down. We're going to shut down this street right outside. Yeah. We'll be shutting down Jay Street to get the food trucks in. So. Okay. All right. Okay. That motion to prove the request. I have a motion. All in favor say aye. Aye. Motion is carried. Thank you, gentlemen. I appreciate it. I did want to add to that our parade on the 4th of July the grand marshal is Nathan Nyker. Who had such good nice things to say about BRI and we appreciate our partnership with the county and with Judge Nyker. Thank you very much. Thanks. Next is Mr. Fowell. A resolution. Good morning. I'm with the Lawrence Canary Development Commission. We have brought forward to you a proposed resolution. We are requesting your approval of this resolution is designed to clear up a couple of the tweaks that we had when we were issuing and approving a bond for the acquisition of the Mitchell shell building. One of the issues is that there was a board of commissioners approval of the establishment of the Lehigh Tip District back in 2021. And for some reason we cannot find a signed copy of that approval document. So we need to have ratification approval that the second issue then is that the bonds that we issued ended up being 125,000. So we need to have $1.00 above the amount that we had originally anticipated and the paperwork. And so we need to have documentation of a change to that new amount. I'm happy to take any questions. It's one single resolution the way it's written right now. As I read that, I was under the impression and told the fact that this bond issue did not implicate the county from a proper tax guarantee situation.
