I didn't know this but if you fly a second flag there's a proportion and it has to be to the flag that's above it. We happen to have a very large flag so it will be a pretty large flag that they've actually paid for. It's about $500 if they're willing to donate and fly it for a week or two before and after the celebration. So when the military jet comes over they see this giant blue flag under the American flag. Those are some of the things we've been working on and seeking approval for. I'd move to approve. My second was a caveat. I really want some help. I don't even know which commissioners are responsible for the grounds. I'd like some help on where we place it and either BRI somebody, maybe I'll put it this way. It would better taste than what I have to tell us where we might place that to be most appropriate. Yeah, second. They have motion all in favor, say aye. And is that on the flags as well? I assume you may include the flags as well. All right. Thank you guys. Have a good day. Thank you. Good to see you back in this building. I'm glad to be back in this building. It was a scary thing and I'll just tell you everybody if you've not my wife's here with me she's my nurse and caregiver. But get a coronary calcium screen. Is that what it's called in? If you've not done it, get it done. For the proof of my heart. Thank you. Next we have Amy Schrock and I believe Kendra has probably got some information here to go along with this as well. Mr. Schrock and people. And Kendra can come as well at the same time you guys to this podium here. If you speak to the mic right there, Amy. What Mr. Schrock is wanting to do is his property is located out on senior kills camp road. And the road was supposed to be built on the half section mine, half mile section mine. And it was built approximately 40 feet north of that section mine. So there is an area and Mr. Hatcher who is not here owns a piece of property just south. Well, it basically touches the road right away where the road was supposed to be built in his front porch is located on the road right away where the road was supposed to be built. So basically what needs to be done is let's say also involved and this is Mr. Campbell to the north. His property comes down to what would have been the center line of where the county road was supposed to be built. So we need to involve Mr. Campbell basically to vacate or to D to Mr. Schrock. Possibly everything from the center line south to the center line where the road was supposed to be built. And then the county or needs to vacate where the road was supposed to be built. And then Mr. Schrock needs to deed his portion to Mr. Hatcher and then Campbell would give his portion to Mr. Schrock. And then Mr. Schrock would give from basically the center line south however much roadway the county needs where the road was built now. And Mr. Campbell would need to give from the center line north what the county needs. So in a nutshell that's the mess we had. We're just straightening up some deeds to align with the location of the road as it sits. Basically that is the nutshell. If we're going to abandon anything I need a legal description of the area to be abandoned. There's going to have to be a written petition. There's going to have to be noticed. In the newspaper they'll have to be a public hearing and they'll have to provide notice to the adjoining landowners by certified mail because there's a statute on how we vacate roadways. So we'll need some prerequisites to be able to do all of that. But if everyone else lines up and says they'll agree to do that I would think that once we advertise and have the public hearing it should be fine. As Mr. Schrock needs to engage someone to make these legal descriptions himself that's what the surveyor presented to me yesterday. Because of the surveyor's office it sounds like they're engaged. It doesn't matter to me who writes the descriptions just that some licensed surveyor is going to have to tell me the areas to be vacated because we'll have to draft an order and it'll have to be recorded.
