Fine, welcome. Good morning. Sorry. Real quick, just a couple of things. Geo population this morning had 73 inmates. 57 males, 16 females. Currently holding four for DOC. Zero per row holds. And then we have one level six fellow that was sentenced here locally. Next thing, I really thank you over. I did invite you with a first quarter commissary worksheet of what we brought in and what we spent. I have to provide that to the council. But I'd like to go ahead and give you guys a copy in just in case you have anything. And then the last thing that if it's allowed, we just kind of decided this yesterday. So I have three vehicles that I would like permission to sell from the fleet on municipalities. We have a 2014 Chevy Malibu 2013 Ford Explorer and then a 2015 Ford Explorer that we have no longer need in our fleet. And a couple of them have some issues that it costs more money to fix than what we want to put into it. So I would like permission to sell those three on the municipalities. Okay. Yes, you're good. That was a good day. Last but not least, we have a little unfinished old business with Jenny Deerwester. Concernancy awarding some quotes for her home remediations that she's doing. So your last meeting, you accepted quotes for inspection and rate on services. And you received two quotes for each. And I looked those over and I sent them over today. And what we are proposing is to award one contract to one person for both services. So when you look at both the inspection services and rate on services, Bayley property inspections out of Bedford, they are $18,375. That in covers the full range of inspection services and the rate on. You can look at a hole, which is pillar to post. And they are out of Springville and they are $22,470. When you kind of look at their per unit cost they can vary a little bit but after talking with Oprah the funding source for your grant, we can look at doing one contract for both services. That way it's a little less confusion for homeowners when, you know, you've got one person coming in to do both of those tests and inspections rather than having two different services coming in. So that will be a little bit helpful for them. So it's my recommendation that you go with Bayley property inspections for both rate on and inspection at a cost of $18,375. That is grant funds and you do have those funds in the budget that is under the professional services. So that amount is under that $1 amount. All right, I'm interpaying a motion.
