Well, I basically have the same spiel as Terran has for healthy competitors. But exactly. So same thing with the on-call agreement, no cost upfront. You know exactly what we're going to do before you sign. My name's Donovan Parker. I'm a PM in Bloomington. I live 30 minutes west of here. So I grew up in small town, familiar with this area. I'm the PE. I'm the one that I would be working directly with, Brian on. And then we have offices that are within an hour to two hours all around Lawrence County. We have about nine offices. We cover transportation, water resources, structural, the only thing like outside of the on-call where we would hire third parties if we had to do like geotech services. But of course, that's something we would let you know beforehand. So I would be your go-to man for all those services. And I think that's a huge benefit being this close. I can drive out and help look at anything you need. And we have the expertise all around within our company about 170 employees with over 40 years experience in all these different avenues. And as far as grants and loans and applications, we're familiar on both transportation and the water side of getting those things. So they can be very helpful in me know how to do that. I appreciate your time. Good. Big German. I would entertain a motion to accept this on-call services agreement as well. So move second and let me clarify the reason that I would move to agree with both of your organizations is we may find a time where we need multiple improvements on a project. So we're not just tying you up and not utilizing your service. We want the versatility of being able to choose. And I also, your engineering staff, are you all civil? Do you have, like, mechanical strictly civil? We have all civil and mechanical. OK. As well as electrical action. All right. Thank you. Well, we have a motion on the floor. All in favor, say aye. Aye. Aye. Motion carries. All right. The next thing I see Chad Xu here, he has asked us to appoint someone to the community corrections advisory board. He has suggested Scott Song. He has quite a bit of experience with drug rehab individuals and things like that. So I would entertain a motion to approve that appointment. So move second. All right. Have a motion on the floor. All in favor, say aye. Aye. Aye. OK. Good deal. Next thing, we have an opioid fund distribution request from Wander Valley Camp. It actually is in Washington County, which seems a little odd, but they serve us over 300 Lawrence County children a year. They basically take them for a week and isolate them from social media and try to direct them in the correct paths to avoid having literally issues and problems as they proceed with the life. So, excuse me, I'd entertain a motion to approve that distribution.

{# E23 (Nick, ruling section 1 answer 10): quoting a bill or a court opinion works the way quoting a news article works. Select a passage above and the same panel opens: the passage goes to the official you choose, with this document's own address as its source and its own type. #}
