Hello, my name is Tara Lloyd. I'm with SJCA. Our main office is in Indianapolis. I'm based out of Evansville, Indiana office. We also have offices in South Bend and in Washington. I've been in business development for 12 years before that I was county engineer in Spencer County. So I am a licensed PE. That gives me a little bit of different perspective being in BD because I've worked in the county highway department. I've sat where Brian is. I know the daily struggles that he faces. So like I said, just gives me a little bit different perspective being an engineer, going over things with him. For your consideration today is just our general services agreement. Most people refer to him as an on-call agreement. Most notably, there's no cost to you to have this sign in place at all. But what it does do is get the formalities out of the way if there was something that Brian needed, especially if it was a, you know, and he needs it right away. You know, the red tape is already signed. Or if you all called and needed something in Posey County, I work under that, doing their payser in Spencer County. I help with their NOFA applications. In Crawford County, we actually put together some specifications to do some cleaning and some just maintenance work around a bridge. So I mean a wide array of things can be done under it. But again, nothing's done unless someone gives me a call and says, hey, we'd like you to do this. And even then, I'd present Brian with a task order that gives a descriptive scope of work and an estimated cost that we both agree upon before anything is done. So simply having it in place, again, no cost to you at all. Just allows Brian or you all to come to us and say, hey, could you do this for us? Could you get this done for us? And again, the red tape's out of way it's signed and we can get moving on it faster. So just for your consideration today. Thank you. I have entertainer motions to accept this agreement. They're an all-in-call agreement. So moved. Second. They have a motion to all the favors. They are. All right. All right. Motion passes. And then we also have someone here from BS engineering, I believe. We'd like to speak.
