And they have a local person to talk to if they have questions and that kind of thing. You don't wanna try to track somebody down nationally to try to figure out what to do if you've got issues. So I'm not gonna go through all the technical stuff that goes with it one because I'm not, that's really not my thing. My partners at hometownhiring that I work with are the most amazing technical young men that you have ever seen. So I don't entertain questions if you have them. That seems like a very beneficial program and it obviously gets the job then getting folks hired for local employers and the big part of it that I appreciate is, it doesn't cost government particularly to do this. It's a private venture with you, correct? That's the employer pays more to the debt that their applicants on this. Yes. And so it works without government involvement and gets things going and I really appreciate like that greatly myself. It is without government involvement at all and the employer is the one, it's self-sustaining. So we always try to do when we do something so that we don't have to keep coming back to the well and it was set up, was funded by a grant from a regional opportunity initiatives. And so all those costs have been taken care of and so now it's just funneled through the employers paying for posting their ads. And so it's really, I'm not surprised that I am. It's an amazing tool if anybody uses it, I think they will appreciate it very much. We've already got some great testimonials out there from people so, and we get local people for local jobs. And that is really what we're trying to do. So, very beneficial. Sorry, very beneficial. Thank you, Mr. McKnight. Hey, the rest of you have anything you'd like to speak to Joe well? I guess that's all, there you go. All right, appreciate your time today. Thank you very much. Thank you, Joe. Thank you, Joe. Yeah. Brian, these professional services agree, would you like to come up and speak to those men's, there's two of them, there's Terry, there's Peter. Okay, both of them are all right. We'd like to go here.
