But that's an example. I will tell you that we had a small business. We could go to Saturday morning. We put a job online at 9.30 because he's desperate for hire. She had two people hired by about four o'clock in the afternoon, based on the getting, going through the engine and getting out there fast. And I hope a lot of you have seen hometown hiring ads for positions on Facebook or other social media. Platforms, it's getting a ton of traction. We just signed with the North Lawrence community schools to help them in the hiring that they have to do. And I will tell you on the bottom part of that handout, this really is the most important part of the process. And that's where social media just takes over. We all have mixed feelings about social media, sometimes, but for this purpose, it's proven to be outstanding. And so basically, we meet with employers. Could be Lawrence County as an employer and go through the process. There's three levels people can look at as far as participation is concerned. And what we do give a discount to nonprofits and a couple other ways to save a little bit of money. It's cheaper than indeed or anything else, but the product is much better than what you see. You don't get the nonsense. You know, we all say indeed, but there's so much, there's so much, we call the necessary evil in a lot of cases, because it's kind of the best one out there. But hometown hiring really uses social media, so easy for the person to apply for a job online. If you go to hometownhiring.com, you can click on Lawrence County and shows all of them. Now, we're adding to those as we go and get employers on board, but our success has been really good so far. And so it's easy for the employer, they control their, they can see everything that's happening from an applicant standpoint, and it's just really seamless.
