don't have your best interest in heart. They are buying up properties and they hope that the person that owned it prior will come and reclaim the property because they make an interest fee off of that. And so, it could be anywhere between like five and 10% interest fee for purchase buying that property back, but they're using it as a loophole to hold properties. They don't actually want to clean up the property. They don't want to redevelop the property. They just want to hold the property, have it, you know, remediated through texts that text is in there, and then that way they get an interest payment. So it's, I mean, it's a smart way to make a guaranteed interest, but what it does is it puts a strain on blighted properties remaining in your system and it's just one of the things that has to be changed legislatively. So, that makes good conduit for economic development. You know, I talked about the Tokai when we're trying to do a new housing development there. We've done some properties in the Westgate, Crane area there to clean it up a gas station. Actually, we leverage another $167,000 for petroleum remediation on that and state of Indiana for that property. So, I mean, we just see this as a bonus piece to the stuff that SIDC does with environmental remediation and another tool for helping out our different counties. We're at that time frame where land makes been stood up. The grand dollars will run out and that September timeframe of this year. So we're trying to figure out what's our next step for our existence. And so we do have an ask and we're kind of looking at $50,000 range. No, we're not. We know counties, that's a big ask, especially this is a tough problem. Toughest times, never asked for money from a county. But, you know, I think among the partners in the county, looking at redevelopment commissions, looking at edit, looking at rainy day, looking at other types of funds that we might be able to come up with that to sustain the land make. Because I think, you know, it's that consistent effort for dealing with lighted properties in the community. Someone has to be doing it. Otherwise, people are taking advantage of the system and you're just going to perpetuate the problem. It's just going to get worse. So we like to be that entity and really want to have about the counties that way. And so we just appreciate working with you. The last two and a half years on the land bank and I believe more continues success. Any questions for me? I know there's a lot.
