The renovation contracts is something that I really like to stress on the land bank, because this is where we're different than private entity buying it or venture capitalists or an LLC is that we require the person that's coming in to redevelop the site that they have a standard that they're gonna live up to when they're redeveloping that site. So they're gonna tell us what they're gonna do with the property. They're gonna tell us they're about their financials, and then our land bank board will either approve them or not approve them. It's not about who has the most money. It's about who has the best project that they're gonna do for that site. And so, you know, we really have worked hard and in two and a half years, we've really, you know, to have 20 properties under our belts. It's quite a bit. We paid a lot of contractors, a lot of local guys and guys in the area for yard maintenance, cleanup, inspection work, title work, survey work, demolition, tree removal, and then just those builders and developers.
