One of the big issues that we've had has been the Indiana Uplands Regional Land Bank, which the land bank actually hires SIDC staff to manage the land bank. Bobby Abel's here for the land bank. And so, it's a separate entity of SIDC, but it's a not-for-profit that's been set up, and it's been up and running for two and a half years now. Most land banks take about seven years to be, you know, fully efficient in working properly. It takes three years to really own their first property. But we have, I think we've surpassed those numbers quite a bit, because we currently have 20 properties that would be under our control. We've got 14 that are owned, three that are under those renovation contracts, and then three that will take ownership of in 2027 when the tax sale time limits kind of jump off.

{# E23 (Nick, ruling section 1 answer 10): quoting a bill or a court opinion works the way quoting a news article works. Select a passage above and the same panel opens: the passage goes to the official you choose, with this document's own address as its source and its own type. #}
