and then we also do traffic counting. We got to figure out a way to keep the lights on. So we also do traffic counting and that allows us to, you know, we go out there set the boxes, set the roadtunes, do those counts, turn those into endot and then allow you guys to make better decisions on where you want to spend your motor vehicle highway funds. This year we're trying to get out a little bit earlier and do some school counts. That way we can get better counts whenever the school is actually in session rather than being the summertime when those counts are done. We help out our communities with as I have management plans and actually learned just this last week that EPA, we'd applied for a grant three years ago with EPA almost during the COVID time. And they are reconsidering this again so that we would have a pot of funds to give out to communities for, to do lead assessments and asset management plans in those communities. So the community is going to apply directly to SIDC and receive some of the funds to kind of do, that additional planning that they're needing to remove lead lines. We're working on a regional ag strategy so a lot of times ag isn't looked at as an economic development activity but it really is one of our larger economic development activities. And so we're trying to develop a consortium of counties that will come and do an ag strategy they'll look at all the losses, the leakages that are going on in the area, they'll look at the shift share analysis, they'll look at all the metrics on your ag industry and see where we might be able to have some value added ag in our communities. And so that's coming out, we've come to my order meeting, we'll have some people there that'll be talking about it to try and grow that. As well, economic development doesn't stop at infrastructure, we've been doing a lot of daycare work lately. And just trying to figure out how to bring daycare to the right areas. And I know there was an issue where vouchers cut a lot of the daycare, but that's coming back now until we're trying to work on those issues. And then our rural water and sewer groups, they don't often get information in a great way and so we're trying to work on a summit of all those rural water and wastewater groups that they can learn about financing, ochre funding, grant funding, those type of things that are becoming out in summer.
