03-24-2026 Council [55:20-60:27]

so. Anything else? Awesome. Thank you. Okay, thank you. I didn't want to clarify one thing that Greg was talking about when Scott and I originally reached out to Olyric and it didn't go very far, the reason then you know that it didn't go very far is we reached out to all the officials in Olyric with no return. Yeah. Why? We got no return. No return? No. No. And that's the reason that God, I just wanted to clarify that, because I reached out so it's God. So just for Council's information, that's why it didn't go very far. All right. Thank you. Okay. And I talked to Tim earlier, he said he had nothing for us and I said, totally good night. So that was out. Court orders, there is court orders. These do not require a motion, there's nothing we can really do with these. We got two different courts on this and the total on that is $10,825 on the court orders. Now we need to go backwards to Baker Tilly. And we've got that amount, I don't know. I think there's timelines involved in that and when I talked to Ted earlier about that, the target, even with Baker Tilly, was July 1. For the lit. For the lit. Yeah, changing. Yeah, changing. That target there, Ted, was July 1st, which I think you and I talked to him about that, which will come faster than what we think. So I don't know if you guys want to look this over and or do a different meeting to step this up. But I agree with Ted. I don't think this can lay another month. Are you talking about our bigger Tilly contract or how about sending stuff out for the lit. Well, the Baker Tilly contract is the main thing. But when I talked to Ted earlier, we sent that out before by certified mail. And apparently some things have changed because now this has got to go through DLGF first. It's better to see it. I think I'll know more when I see our existing ordinance, you know, I mean, I'd recommend that you do that. It's a 30-day pre-submission. They have 30 days to stay. You should do change this. DLGF, I would hope that if we can get our ordinance sent the proposed amendment and that they can get it back by the next meeting, that's a little secret, but that would be one of the old days out. So the letters we need to hold on, going out. The letters we definitely need to hold on. And I don't know is everybody reviewed these, the scope of these? Well, you're talking about that letter or the courtesy letter. More than the same. More than the same. I would rather wait and see what our current structure is. Even on the courtesy letter. I think well, the letter really is a dose, and I think it should say it's a dose. If you want to send the courtesy letter in advance of DLGF, we're looking at that, that will be up to the council. People would be that I think it would be better to know more than what it would be. I think the letter needs to hold for just a little bit. I think I don't know what you guys think, but I think the letter needs to hold. Now on this, Baker Tilly, the scope of it and this, that, and the other, if you guys have read any of this, if you, is there any questions on any of this? I think we need to exhaust every avenue before we make this type of a big decision. I would be in favor of the entire contract. You're in favor of the two. I'm like that in a motion, you guys. You want to do it in a motion? Sure. Okay. Then I've got a motion from Dustin on the entire thing, correct? 34,800 plus some time of the tarot, which I really don't see that we'll meet a lot on budget prep. No, at all, if any. So that would be on the entire paperwork for a total of 34,800, not to exceed. Not to exceed. So I've got a first from Dustin. I'll take it. Larry seconds. Any questions or comments? On favor of motion, please say aye. Opposed? Okay. Dustin, that passed. Unanimous. And then the motion is to desegate the vision of the engagement letter, the title of that

{# E23 (Nick, ruling section 1 answer 10): quoting a bill or a court opinion works the way quoting a news article works. Select a passage above and the same panel opens: the passage goes to the official you choose, with this document's own address as its source and its own type. #}
