And the next one is the compensation and invoicing. That's also stated for the services set forth in the scope sections that these are the fees. And they have not exceed figures. There is no scope section C, so there's none stated. And so the next scope that's defined is the budget assistance. And this wasn't in the other agreement. So that's page, that has its own page numbers. SA1, one of three, it's all part of the same scope amendment. But it's separately defined. So the budget analysis is a separate attachment. And you can look at that there. Again, all this is fleshed out a lot more than it was in the original agreement. So that these scope attachments require you to approve or disapprove each one. You can do it by one motion if you want to. But there are actually, I think, five signature lines to our pages to sign. The next one after the is the lit analysis. And this describes in detail what that analysis consists of, includes providing a description as to the potential changes to the lit and analyzes your current structure and includes rates and adjustments that you may want to consider. So it's, again, it's detailed. And the next scope is a reestablishment, established or reestablish a community fund. We do have the community capital development fund.
