So right in between the two algorithms, the dotted red line is 15%, we don't want you to follow along that. The green is 50%, when you're above 50%, you want to start cleaning to use that money, because we're not in the business to start our money, but we're right in between. So that's what we want to say. But look at that. The trend going downward, and that is from the problem, actually, a little from what I've been talking about with the public tax credits. Do you think that you will realize some cash reserves, and I don't think there's going to be a way that you're going to be able to prevent that? I think you're going to need to just weather the storm. I'm going to probably use about maybe two million in 2026, this is going to end maybe another million and a half the next year. But then it starts to current itself, and that is where we worked in a 20% local income tax. So we didn't even put you up a mess, and it tends to create itself. So we've got to watch the social income tax legislation, but I feel like there's a way to correct this negative trend line, with local income tax. I'm being corrected by cutting huge trucks out of the budget, but I know how difficult it was to make adjustments last year, so I don't know that you have that new way. So again, that dip is concerning, but you see that it's correct, and it's not going down all the 15%, I just think that many other counties are going to probably have to use some of those cash reserves to sort of weather the storm, until we get through the change in the coffee tax credits and the increase in the coffee tax credits. Yes. The question is, if you make it closer to that red line, if not, then below it, you're going to be in the back of the income tax. So the delay, I kind of like the delay, so we can figure out what's going on, but we're going and we're not going to be going on the county, because a lot of counties, the 1.2% is going to be sufficient, and that probably lasts a month, so it'll be sufficient. But if it's delayed, you've got to think about that, welcome me, you've got a little bit of room there. Do I want to see this? Because if I can try to know, but what I like saying is that it can't be correct. Because then this room gets out a little bit and it's like, if they don't take that away from you, I hope they're going in the back. And I can't see them doing that because there's too many local units of government dependant upon that local income tax. I think what the very change will see is the help of municipalities, because the 1.2% of a large number of municipalities is not going to be enough for many of the municipalities. And so 5.2% is enough for new, and part of that new legislation is that you know it's part of what you don't know, that might be a good fit for everybody. But we'll see. I just want to make sure that you walk out enough to operate. So page 16 is your aviation fund, and it's hash reserves have kind of gone up and down a little bit. But at least within the last few years, it's been well above 50%, but on average, I guess it's been 51% of the associates. And so right now, I mean, we did recommend last year that you kind of reduced the laughing on that a little bit, and shifted over to another control fund just until they get the reserve sound to an appropriate level. And in fact, our clean just contemplates that you would have a 25% cash reserve started in 2027. Just a lot of that out. It's not unusual for counties to shift company tax from various funds just to make sure that their cash reserves are getting too high on one bond. So it's not anything that's abnormal. It just did make that recommendation because their reserves were just a little bit higher though it was needed in there. That was the same for the health fund on the next page. So on average, since 2022, the health fund had 242% cash reserves. And thus, there's some capital items that need to be purchased. That's a lot higher than what it's really good. And so everything, and it's just contemplating that the company tax has shifted just for a time period, a bit of right back in the normal range. So we will find the whole budget of no issues there. Just making those strategic shifts so that we can get it in the normal range.
