And a lot of that, that's what the state statute, but a lot of counties, they have their own preference to what they like to see in the office. But the state statute says a county assistant, CVSO with no military can be hired after two years. Okay. Next is this program that you're wanting to implement. I'm assuming it takes like a DOD card. It's like a DOD card, CAD card. And if you're understanding it, both of the operators in the office have to be certified on this to be able to go into the program. In the event, they both will have to need their own individual because it cannot share the same card. But in the event, one is action, the other one has to be able to do it. Yes. Okay. Thank you. Is that a IV card that you've been speaking with? Yes. Correct. Correct. And that respect claims management would be the same way because you cannot share passwords. Yeah. Is this card, is this something that is required to be made like a great naval base? No, it will be required to go to the federal building in an office at the VA regional office. No, it's at the VA regional office. Just for a point of clarification for myself, like the administrative assistant and the assistant in the veteran service officer. They don't have to be a veteran, but they do have to be certified through your training courses to get a PIB card, is that correct? Correct. So you have to be accredited with the Indiana Department of Veteran Affairs and the American Legion or the VFW. Because currently those are the only service organizations that allow that we have members of understanding with to cross a credit date. That PIV card doesn't nobody any good unless you can see the veterans file and the only way you can see a veterans file is if you hold POA over them. And the only way you're going to hold POA if you're accredited with the American Legion and the VFW and in that way you can see. There's other avenues to get the VA accreditation, but it's just currently not through Indiana Department of Veteran Affairs. Any further questions from anyone? Mr. Hinton? Thank you very much for your time. Thank you. I'll probably see you in September or October. Thank you. The next item up is the final payment on the AT&T contract through the ARP funds. You gentlemen have the invoice here in front of you. We'd like to have a motion to approve this and... I'd move to approve. Last second. We have a first and a second. All in favor say aye. Aye. Okay. Motion carries. Next, Senator Department of Reports, we'll have Mr. Brian Satters through the highway. Good morning. The main thing is the appointment and of a formant for the bridge crew. So I'll be dating walls for a request from Mr. Hinton as the current formant and an appoint the passport. Take a motion to that effect. All in favor say aye. Aye. Motion carries. As far as Department of Reports, we've got approval for federal funds for bridge 46 on balletsville road. I have submitted the paperwork for the RFP to endot for the polymer engineering right away. Staff, as you know, bridge 172 is going to let in in September. So she'd start seeing some construction on that coming soon. Next year I hope bridge 66 is on track for polymer engineering in a lot of way. Right now we're just kind of fixing potholes which is kind of nice. Maybe as we get some ditching done. That's all I have for you Jim. Thank you, Brian. That next is Valerie from Emergency Management. Well, we luckily escaped the storms last Thursday. Unfortunately, Monroe County didn't. Scott and I were monitoring all of that and listening to all that and monitoring their damage and reaching out to them if they needed any assistance.
