Another big item in it is that all accredited veteran service officers has to attend all training. I represent 19 districts in the Southwest, I mean 19 counties in the Southwest, and I have a district training in April. And I will have another one in September. So they will be required to go to that one day training. It's going to be at the gas off in Montgomery again. I haven't moved it. That's where we've been meeting for eight years now or more. Actually, the district has been meeting before we even had district service officers and they've been meeting there for probably 15 years. But then the big one is we're bringing veterans' law firm from the East Coast that's dedicated to veterans' appeals to do a four day training at the Johnson County Army in Franklin. So they will be required to be at this training for four days and from June 15 to the 18th. And then any other mandatory trainings that might be online as they are being developed and put out then they will be required to do those trainings also. Right now, this company offers some online training but as anything else, the state is scrapped for money too. So our budget is limited so we're on hold for those trainings until our budget year of next year. We can get it into our budget to provide that training. Going forward, if you have to hire a new county veteran service officer, that county veteran service officer will have to go to Indy for one day. CBSO newcomers training, which will have to be done in the first 30 days of their employment. But I don't see any problems with that right now. As they develop and put in the claims management system, there will be monthly reports, kind of sort of what they used to provide. The commissioners and the state will be done in the claims management of how many veterans they've met. Things that we can keep up with their key performance indicators stating how good or bad veteran service officer they are. And that's all I have. Jim will have any questions. What's up for the certification for a VSO? Do you have to be a title to him, veteran? No. No. Tell me what you have to be. You got to serve the United States military if you were injured in the National Guard and reserved during your training period or your two weeks training, then you would be eligible to file a claim. Is that a question? You cannot be a civilian, never having been. To be a county veteran service officer, that's incorrect if the administrative system or the assistant VSO. The only one by statute is the actual county veteran service officer, but if you can't hire assistant county veteran service officer or a ministry, as long as they have the link by language, like spouse, a daughter, a son, or something like that. And that person has been in the office for two years. After two years, that individual can be hired as the county veteran service officer.
