We need to talk about is the bike utility. Which seems to have just died and it's tracts for some reason. But I'm more curious to what you guys would like to do with bike utility. Because it's not completed. I think it's going to be completed. We hired them to help us at budget time. And we did not get that help. I thought that was pretty clear. I haven't looked at the contract in a long time. But I thought that was pretty clear. And now they're talking about not even bringing anything until 26. I think you and I made it back before calling out on the 26. So I think we have to back up and understand that when we signed that contract with Baker Tilly's Senate Bill 1 was at that point still a bill. If I remember my timeline correctly or it was just rolling out. So what they went back and did was create what they're calling their parcel level analysis. So that was one of the hold up. And then we found out then during budget season that they didn't have the information that they needed to provide us with the numbers. So that's another hold up throughout this process. They're saying the tool is ready and that will help determine the changes that are coming out of Senate enrolled at 1. And how that's going to affect us specifically at those different parcels. Whether it's a 1% 2% 3% for how many April just told us that we have it was a very large number. What they're wanting or what they have proposed is they can take what we have. Update our 26 budget info in the parcel level data or they're willing to wait. Input our actual 25 data. Once that's been finalized, then move forward into 26, 27 and 28. So in my mind we're actually getting another year off of this.
