I don't know what you got. We did that during the budget. That was in the first round. So I think Jim and July, I think I'll do that. That went further back to like April. And they all came because we had a separate way of engaging there. And then the job descriptions went back to you, correct? Yes. Yes. So you've got a list of job descriptions. You've come to know the truth. I'm here at the end. I'm lost to another point. So now, have another entry spot. And I know I've been in for two. I'm going to go over to Lawrence County. That's approximately 31 pounds of engine or maybe eight parcels of property. By the law, I have to be a little free to go to my position. I have two other levels, three to my office. I have to be a school or school or school or school. I'll tell you the most. I would like to retire. She does all right now. And before she would retire, she needs to train her replacement. But with me having two positions empty. The girl that I want her to train doesn't have time to train for that position because she's doing the job. That's a good girl when I lost in January. And it's because it's a problem job. So she had to give a helping with that entry. Which now, I haven't had any reassess to that interest since December 2012 when Emily left. So there are, we do a form of the county each year with reassessment. There are 3,000 residential parcels left to that end of her year. 2025. There are 1100 agricultural parcels left to that end of her 2025. But Erin used to help do those at the interest. But she can't because now she's obligated full time to doing all the salesman's folders and all the needs. Because that's a full time job. I need to hire somebody that can take over doing, that was Jessica's job, to do the one that I lost in January. To do that job, which will free Erin up to help with that entry. And also so that she can learn what the Lord does because I'm not going to lose the Lord. And somebody needs to know how to do her job before she leaves. Because she does everything. All the splits, all the combinations, all the signing of parcel members, all the classified forest. All of that. So all I need is everything, the Lord says it. The problem is the training time. There, yeah, I'm now 2 people. I'm training time for Emily's job and the job that Jessica's doing and Erin is not doing. Even if I could hire somebody today, we're kicking a can down the road here. It would take at least a year to get somebody ready to weather even comfortable doing the job. And we're speaking three to five years before their proficient in doing assessing. It's not something you learned overnight. It's like that the girls that I read my office had been there so long, they know their jobs. They don't leave. And I don't want them to leave. That's why my job's unlimited. And you have to have the level of praise. Because there's so much you have to know to be able to do assessing. You know, if you lose somebody, you need to say it takes. You're requesting two. I'm requesting two. One for Emily's position, which is funded. The other one, I think we talked about plenty of her assessment. Because I'm down to people. And I'm not ready to lose another girl because she's doing two jobs and is overwhelmed. And if I lose the third one, I don't know what I'll do. Because then I'll lose the fourth one.
