I wish I had in my hands December the 12th it is a Saturday I believe it's at 10 o'clock in the morning okay then we're gonna go with December 13th and I do encourage all of you guys to attend and you think it starts at 10 yes okay thank you so let's do a little better description of what the program involves it's gonna be a candidate potential candidate educational periods anyone that's interested in running for office any office can come to this meeting and I will give a presentation on what my office requires paperwork that needs to be filled out how it needs to be filled out and then the Purdue Extension will also give a kind of report on ethical ways to run for office you know make sure everything's covered there a lot of people don't know they don't know all the offices and they don't know what all the offices require like the assessor they require training before you would get that office a lot of the other offices do not their CFA forms have to be filled out by certain dates they have to be filled out that a lot of people don't know the weird so we're just opening up anyone that might be interested correct if the extension office and the clerk work together this will take place it does not cost our office anything actually Purdue is fit in the bill for this so I appreciate that for them thank you actually Amy gives me a perfect segue into work here for our annual contract I believe your legal counsel has reviewed it already and I'm here to answer any questions regarding it and just seek your approval for this year well sorry twenty twenty six yes it was amended after all the budget process was finished thank you all so much and we're also working on the annual paperwork you'll also require to go in accordance with that thank you thanks for consideration and not on the agenda we need to be discussing we'll move on next to the department reports one couple things pretty quick report so I took our warning signs off Stumpel Bridge so we're going to go down there and put some stickers on the concrete barriers we have to we get that well repaired I just would like to ask the public not to take any warning signs or blockages as far as high report we have we have piles of sand on hillsides sand and salt mix for the community they find themselves in a situation where they need it also we are pre-treating no one hills that are slit and bridges a day in prayer preparation for tonight's whatever comes it's changed about four times at this point snow so I look at least the bridges and stuff be pre-treated our process for really any snow removal is I will go out and evaluate roads and then call dispatch and see if there's any complaints and we kind of go from there Saturday snow wasn't that bad I didn't think really wasn't nothing to plow off so I went out and test bridges and roads intersections seemed fine so that's what call we make and we got 500 tons delivered this week assault so
