Yeah, but it also has a dollar amount. I think that he requested. Well, that's not what you just passed, and we can ask him to accept a proposal or what you just passed. You may have accepted or accepted. Yeah. So you would have signed the line if it's not what you presented to you. Yeah. That's what I thought. We can't sign the contract tonight. And he's gone for Thanksgiving right now, where I'm sure he will have a problem going up instead of down. You know, I wouldn't think. So the contract would have to be done in the December meeting. Okay. Well, then we'll have the contract done by the December meeting. Okay. This is January 1st. Pardon? Yeah. This will start January 1st. I will officially start January 1st, yes. I will get with him and have him change that. He's gone right now for Thanksgiving. Where is that in his contract? Oh, I see. Yeah, see the mail. Yeah, yes. So he would have to change his contract. Okay. And that takes care of that. And then the next thing is items for consideration. We talked about why we've not talked about is the reorganizational meeting. Whether we want to do it in December, I know it was tossed January 7th, 6th. We're not going to have a council person here until the end of the month for the January meeting. And I think this is my opinion. We're not changing people. We're not changing bodies. So the liaisons, all of that would stay the same. Is do that reorganizational meeting in the beginning of the January 24th meeting. So all council would be present. That's typically, I think, how we do. Well, I know it was talked about, yesterday, by moving it to the 6th or 7th. But I mean, if we were changing, if somebody was going out, I could see waiting until January. But nobody's going out, not in this round. So unless you guys oppose, I would just just seem to leave the meeting on, when's that council meeting? In December? January 27th. January 27th. And we could do that right off the bat on January 27th, unless you guys oppose, but that's what I prefer. That's the way it's always been. Okay. Okay. Martha, we're going to do the reorganizational meeting on January 27th, right before the beginning of the council meeting. Okay. Next Department of Reports. And then Department of Reports. Prosecutors Sam Hart. Mr. Arcade, an obligation that he could not avoid. So it's my pleasure to be in front of you this evening. The business that we have is actually a transfer of funds, or should be a form in front of you to move $20,000 from infraction deferral 2508 into the pretrial diversion 2521. And that is a move strictly just to satisfy financial obligations. Okay. Any questions for not Sam Hart? No questions? Okay. Then I'll accept him. Sorry. I do. No one. So exactly where is this going to? You see this is going to go into the pretrial diversion line. There's some budgetary obligations there that aren't currently satisfied as far as the amount of money that's on that line, or what's anticipated before the end of the year. And there's money or funds available in the fraction deferral as a result of that program to transfer those funds over there to satisfy those obligations.
