Any other questions for Brian? Okay. Except a motion on this one for the $20,000. So many. Scott first, Jeff seconds, any questions or comments? On favorite motion, please say aye. Aye. Posed? Okay, Brian will pass. Thank you much. It's all ahead. Thank you. Thank you. Okay. Okay. Penny cop. Good evening. Good evening, Peter. I'm here on behalf of my husband, John, for Whites and Measures. He had three small transfers. Need to take out of the equipment line. The first one is he was moving out of the equipment into training and educational for $26. It was his conference per day and that he just got there doing last week and it was $26 short of having enough money left in that one. The second one was coming out of the equipment going into office supplies. He had two small claims, so it was an amount of $46.18 because there was nothing. There was $3.47 left in the line before he had those two claims to do. And that's how, so coming out of the equipment line. The last one was his mileage. He does his mileage usually at the end of the year. He keeps it all in record and then puts it out in forms. So he had $800 in budget for this year and it was $8.77 so it's a transfer to move out of the equipment line to the mileage line of $19.77. Okay, so you've got $1 for $26, $1 for $46.18 and $1 for $9. Okay, I'm going to go over well with the question here first. Jeff's first, Julie's got a second on that. Any questions or comments? On favor of motion, please say aye. Aye. Posed? Okay, those are done. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You too. Okay. Now. I'll just end it up in my name. We went through, which I don't think it's a secret, Katie is going to technically resign December 31st on her contract. So we've been looking for another attorney. We've actually interviewed three, three really big candidates, I think, and if somebody wants to make a motion on one of them, if you guys want to talk on one of them, I think there would be two parts, too. And I think we need to make a motion on the candidate. And then we would have to go back and talk about the pay. I make a motion to hire Mr. Ted Johnson. Okay. Jane's got a motion to hire Ted Johnson. Do I have a second? Second. Okay. Scott, second that motion. Any questions or comments? On favor of the motion, please say aye. Aye. Opposed? Okay. So we just hired Attorney Ted Johnson. Now the second part of this would be on his contract. And I know we talked about this, but on the dollar amount. I know there was things talked about on that, and I think the council had a place they want to go with it, in the form of a motion. They requested a map by the contract, which would now become public, it was 17,000. I make a motion to hire him at the rate of 18,000, okay. Okay. So I've got a first from Janey on increasing the pay to 18,000. Do I have second? Second. Jeff's second. Any questions or comments? On favor of the motion, please say aye. Aye. Opposed. Okay. So that is passed. It will be Ted Johnson, and the contract amount Martha will be 18 with him. And we'll probably have to, you'll have to get him to come in on that. Before the contract, Katie, we can't sign that contract tonight.
