I've got a couple of things tonight and one is the new theft budget which is 91 fund 91 22 theft is public health emergency preparedness it's for twenty thousand dollars replacing all of it into personnel which is reimbursement into our health fund for work that our employees do to fulfill all the requirements of this grant so it's 20,000 total any questions for Paul on this okay hearing your questions except emotion on this one fill first Jeff seconds any questions or comments on favorite motions please say aye opposed that one is done Paul the others that I have are additional for fund 81 23 which is the immunization grant which has ended and it left a cash balance in it and these are cleaning up that cash balance so that we can write claims basically what we're doing is the same thing we did in theft we're writing it back for work that was done from our employees for this which we've always done out of this fund now Martha I do have a question this is a split your grant and that grant date ended are additional's appropriate or should I have put in a budget I know I sent you an email and somehow we missed getting back together I've been awful couple of days okay thank you so the first one is 81 23 1 1 3 2 5 which is for I think this is my budget and 1 1 5 1 1 is the public health nurse 1 2 0 0 4 while Martha do you remember what 1 2 0 0 4 that line is I don't know why I didn't write this it's either if it could be fight or it could be French and then 1 7 5 0 0 here should be 3 people written out of this and 1 for French okay so 1 2 0 0 4 must be our other employee we have an immunization clerk our public health nurse and then myself doing the financials that are written out of this this will clean up this amount in this grant so that we can close it out okay so why I'm seeing this it's one is for 2,000 you're reading all these together correct one is for 12 50 12 $50 1 is for 5 2019 and I've got another one for 12 50 correct yes one of these would have to be separated if we can do these all at once do I okay what we're going to do there's four of these let's say the first one is 2,000 the second one is $250 the third one is 5 2019 and the fourth one is $250 okay we'll take these four all at once okay am I got any questions on this okay except the motion do we first on this one have a second I think Scott beat you Scott second any questions or comments on this on favor the motion please say our host that's all four thank you and if I've simply written the notes I made for myself I could have told you which was okay amine four is all right I think you have what I what you call an appropriation i call just a transfer but up But you'll remember on the budgets, we are taking part of my clerk deputy pay and paying out of perpetuation.
