And we are awaiting an additional review of what that cost may be. But I can tell you it's going to be not an inexpensive repair at all. We have dodged the bullet, in my opinion, up to this time that we've not had any serious issues with getting people up and down from different floors here in this building. But we are open for that to happen at any time. So that's one that's absolutely going to have to be taken care of as soon as possible. Because it was worth $35,000. They kept by the elevator and then it was put in the lift also. We thought we had it fixed and evidently when the repairman finished up with putting the parts on that he thought were going to make the repair acceptable. It didn't work properly. So you're coming back for another round with that issue. We also had a lot of repairs for HVAC systems. It just seems like every time we turn around there's another unit that's misbehaving if you want to put it that way. And the expense for that is beyond my imagination. You know, the equivalent that used to go in those systems was, you know, I can remember when it was $20 a pound. And now it's $60 to $80 a pound for the same equivalent. No warnings. I beg your pardon. No, no. Those units were put in. Maybe when you were a commissioner, Janie, I don't know. No. No. And then there was another part of that too. Wasn't that part of that done plaza? We are looking at some renovation work at the old public defender's office. And we still have not, we have one bid on that. And we think that might be, it's going to be expensive enough that we're probably going to have to get additional bids to meet the requirements of the state on the amount of money that it's going to cost. And we're also waiting on Paula to tell us for sure that she's ready to occupy that facility even when we get the remediation done. So. Okay. Any questions? We're out now on this one. No question. Sorry. Have we looked into what we can pay out of CUNCAP? I have no problem paying it. I just want to make sure that we're following code. Yes, CUNCAP, I don't, I'm telling you something I'm not an expert on. But CUNCAP is funds that are accumulated every year and become a part of the budget. But they're mainly for major projects. And we have the option of utilizing those funds for normal everyday projects if it's necessary. There's no minimum expenditure for any of those projects. Not that I'm aware of. I'll put it that way. Martha might have additional information about that. These are all acceptable projects for that time. Okay. Any further questions for Robby? Okay. I'll entertain a motion on this one. This will take the 150,000 out of CUNCAP. And that would be put into your maintenance plan, right? Yes. Okay. I need to put it. Okay. I've got a first from Janey. Have a second. Scott will second. Any questions or comment? What's the balance after that? One million, seven, six, six, something. Six, forty, seven, seventy, two. Okay. Any further questions on that one? Okay. On favor of the motion, please say aye. Aye. Opposed? Okay. Any questions? Anything else? Thank you all. Thank you. Okay. Vowler look out. Hi, Vow. How's Vow? I'm great. Thank you. Ready for Thanksgiving? Yes. So we had to upgrade our radio room at the Sheriff's Department. A bunch of the equipment was outdated. I had put in an obligation to carry that over from last year's budget.
