10-28-2025 Council Regular Meeting [32:37-37:39]

If that's what you're asking. Well, I wanted to know how much the money, how much it generated, but I'll take your budget. Okay. Probably the budget for the territory is right out of a million, too. And I have to think, and I think our rate is 680,000. We got, I think, last year the ambulance brought in, I want to say $125,000 that goes back into the territory. Thank you. Pardon me? Thank you. It goes back into the territory funds, the ambulance, and you get paid for that. We get paid that monthly. And that's a lot of work, too. Sometimes you don't get paid. I mean, the insurance doesn't pay back. But most of them do. Some of them don't. And that's okay. I mean, we can't. They can't pay it. We're not going to make them. If they're in the territory, they're paying taxes. If they can't pay it, then okay. We don't go after them. But if they can't pay it and don't pay it, then we go after them. There's a whole lot more to it than just, you know, hoping the door that's all there. It's not easy. And I really appreciate our part territory. I appreciate Bob. A lot of people don't like him, but I like him. So we've fussed for now about 15 years. So I hope that you can look at that and see what we actually need. We're not asking for something that's not necessary. Do you have a question for Bob? Just off the wall. How many active members do you have? 22. 22. Good number. But now that budget is needed to be issued, you got to remember payroll taxes. Payroll taxes. It's just not, yeah, maybe two looks nice. There's a lot of it that comes out there too. Just like you guys come out with your payroll taxes, or your income tax, and all that kind of stuff. So it's not as low or high as it looks, but it's better than what we have. Okay. And providing a better service. Thank you, guys. We're going to move on. No, you don't need to call it. I'll let you. Are you sure? No. Okay. We've had a part-time employee that's given notice that her last day will be November 7th. And so I'm coming before you to ask to replace that part-time employee. It is a position that's paid out of our HFI appropriation. So it is, you can kind of, appropriation is sort of like a grant. So this one is the year office. Yes. Is HFI? Yes. Any questions for Paul? What is it? Is it that? The position. It's on the clinic side. It's a front desk position. They do scheduling and go to off-site clinics and have a variety of things. You guys have any questions? Okay. And I want to kind of motion on this one. I just got a question. Julie makes a second. Any other questions? I want to favor the motion. Please be aye. Opposed? Thank you. Thank you. Okay. And then items for consideration. We have rescind resolution 19-10. And then what that is, the modification of the tax abatement fees, which right now they're split, you guys got the papers in front of them, 50% ghost economic growth council, 50% goes to RDC, and that would resend this motion. Are you going to use this one motion? Well, that is, you want that one or two? The resolution that the proposed has in that resolution. So if you would make a motion to approve or go on through whatever the 2025-10 is impacting. We'll get more motion.
