Or do you want me to call in later today? Martha. Do you have any? I don't think the 21st will work. Okay. But is that one of the council dates? No, the 21st. I will be at Auditor's conference. Oh. So you're going to move that meeting then that, that, that, that you get back with Martha? I will sure will. And, and we'll set something up. Set a date. Okay. All right. Thank you all very much. Thank you, Jen. I appreciate the work you get. Thank you. Thank you. Okay. Next on the agenda is. Clean and sense, no removal contract. And I think we have those contracts available for everyone to review. Any comments or. Do I have a motion to approve the contract? I move to approve. I have a motion to approve. I'll second that. And a second. Any further discussion? All those in favor signify for saying aye. Aye. Aye. And a motion carries. Okay. Next is Department of Reports. Highway with Brian Souter. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. I don't really have much to put out today. We got crack cylinders happening this month. So you'll see the crews out with a couple of trucks filling some cracks on the roads. Next thing I want, I don't want to talk about what we're doing is we're getting our sand salt spreaders ready for. A lot of the brain that brings us. And pinhead road. I got the quality of the county to ever help with the DNO permit. Works are broken down there by the bridge. And we're going to get that DNO permit because it's in a flood zone. Try to get that bank built by them. So don't wash under the bridge in the road. Other than that, we'll start with a bit of stuff soon for paving and oil. And all that good stuff. Working on that stuff. Any questions for me? No, can I add something? You can ask me whatever you want. No, every time we do crack ceiling, I don't know about the other guys, but I get questions about the need to do that. And I just want to reinforce the idea that it is a pavement preservation. Yeah, preservation. We crack seal in the fall, so when we salt and sand and plow in the winter, it doesn't make more problems. Right, basically. Give it a simple message. It's a necessary evil. Correct. Something we need to do. So I just want to bring it out. That is correct. Okay. Brian. Next on the agenda is emergency management. I got a text from Valerie. She was not able to be here. And I don't see Scott Smith from emergency management. So we'll skip down to Sheriff Greg Day. One morning, Sheriff. All right. All right. Just got a couple things here this morning. I'll start off with the jail population is normal. We have 90 total inmates. 75 males, 15 are females. We currently are holding 15 that are waiting transport to DOC. We have one parole hold with no local charges. And then we have two level six felons that were sentenced to either time here locally. The next thing you all should have a copy of the commissary report for the third quarter. It used to be those were required to give to the council and commissioners every every six months. So you do have that. There's nothing. Nothing are chattering on there unless you just have a specific question. We basically brought in just over $79,000 in commissary and we spent just over $78,000. Funds to fund things. That's that. And then my last thing. I think it's actually. I assume you want me to go ahead to that any unfinished business and sheriff employee contract. Well, I'm up here. I talked about it. The last meeting. Indiana Senate and roll back 95 past. That helps agencies be reimbursed if they hire somebody and send them to the academy. And then they leave within that first three years to go to another agency or even just leave in general. As a way to help alleviate some of the costs that we've sunk into people. So as part of that, if an officer leaves within that first three years to go to another agency,
