It's a while. And I know there were a lot of applicants. We did finally come, I'm going to say 12 to 14 homes that we did have an involvement in. And it was a rewarding experience to be able to work with those families and homeowners to see their properties improved. And therefore, their life improved by the work that was done here. I do have a little bit of question about the matching funds, what we will be able to come up with those at. Did I misunderstand that we are still, we would still as a county be responsible for about $1,050. If you would like to do so. If we would like to do so. Yes. You've got more, the 88,459 more than covers your 10% match requirement. It would be a good faith effort. I mean, if you wanted to knock it down to $25, a house. It's just an effort that you're saying that this is worthwhile. We are willing to put in some money. We're putting skin in the game. Yes. Yes. And we need to know whether we have that funding and where it might be available from. Yes. So my question to you is, can we go ahead and establish the public hearing without committing to this program until the hearing is over? Can we do that? I believe so. Yes. Because we word it as the commissioners intend to apply? Does that sound reasonable to you folks? It's a good program. There's no doubt in my mind that the need will far exceed what we'll be able to do. But until we have a better idea where funding sources are going to come from and how we're going to be able to pay for it, I would prefer to just initiate the move to have a public hearing. That is fine. You'd also probably be looking at those funds being spent. I'm going to say the latter part of 26 into 27. Okay. That was it. Yeah. I'm going to be there just so that, you know, when those funds would, because it would be strictly for the houses, not for any of the professional services. And so again, with kind of limited contractors that work with the program, the ones that we're working on now should end in June before that if we're lucky. And so then we would start, you know, hopefully getting work started around about that time. So I'd say you'd be looking to the, you know, middle to latter part of 26 into 27. So I think I'd entertain a motion to prove the public hearing for this housing rehab program. Okay. Motion. Second. Second. I was in favor of saying if I was saying aye. Aye. And a motion carries. So please go ahead and do that. Okay. Could we do it on the 21st?
