Those numbers have not yet been fixed. And I don't know. It's my understanding on this is subject to change the penny problem we've learned from our attorneys. Purdue Farmer, because the attorney general, I think, is participating in that, will be subject to the prior usual 80-20 split rule. We'll receive more instruction on that. But they want us to go ahead and send the subdivision participation form in now to make sure that we hold our place in line and we'll receive more information in the future about the amount and the manner of use of the Purdue Farmer money. But Sandhouse, I believe, is about ready to go. And all of that money will be restricted because the state is not participating in the recovery that is about to be made. So I would ask the board to consider approving Commissioner Fish signing on both side of the agreements. We have a motion. We need a motion for the head to occur. I move to approve what David just said. I have a motion to say forward discussion. All those favor say if I were saying aye. And I will motion approve. And I will be glad to do that. I just want to make note that there's been some question about local distribution of the opioid settlement funds and we intentionally have withheld making that distribution until some of these issues have been resolved. So we will be reviewing our total dollar amounts, reviewing applicants and trying to make that within a very reasonable amount of time. I point that out. Thank you. Thank you. Next under items for consideration is an ordinance 2025-04. And this ordinance refers to designating purchasing agents for Orange County and establishing a purchasing and procurement policy and a designation of authorized agents that ordinance will be available for review. It's rather lengthy and I don't need to read every word of it, but it is. It's here for review. So I would entertain a motion to approve that ordinance. I will make motion to approve. Have a motion. Second. And a second. Further discussion. All those in favor say if I were saying aye. Aye. Opposed? And the motion carries. Okay. Item number seven on your agenda. Department of Reports. Highway. Brian Sounder. Good morning. Good morning. So I have sent one of the agenda very well. I have to push to the next meeting together. They're working done. Just some notes for the highway department or a chipping sign is completed. So that's done. I have three roads that are paid. Stone of Dome. Grand View Edition and leather road precondition. Tomorrow we will replace an covert and see what the quay road. By before you get the gas line. Should have electrical signs out there today. I've already known every one. Let it know so the public's not going to close the road for tomorrow. Should be done. And the covert will place. One day closure. One day closure. She'll have a backup. One by three. Providing everything goes to me. And then Thursday just for you guys, information I had a meeting over in covered and about the commentary grid. So I'll be off. Updoor with them and that's really all I have. This morning. All right. Thank you. Thank you. The next is emergency management, Valerie.
