We don't have to give any of these out of the ones. We've got a total of four of them correct. We don't take these out of the ones. Okay. So with my next, I've got my deputy registrar is retiring as of September 30th. So I'm kind of for you to ask to be able to replace that position. It is a funded position, but it is through the health fund. It's not a grant position. And it is fully funded. The only thing that's beyond asking that we replace, which I'm hoping you'll say yes to, is I'd like to go ahead and start advertising that and then bring them in. I can't hire for 30 days, but I'd like to hire before that September 30th date paying out of our health first Indiana fund. So that we can actually do training before they leave. It's just very hard to train somebody when you lose a position and it requires two people to do the job to train and do the job. I've been here 19 years and I've spent many nights and weekends because I'm not being able to train prior to somebody leaving. So my first is to replace the deputy registrar with that position to be allowed to be higher. And then my second request is to go ahead and advertise. Now with health first, I have to advertise for 30 days before we can fill it, but that would still give us a full month if we could find somebody quickly. It doesn't always happen. And then go ahead and get them in that position for maybe three or four weeks before Susan actually leaves to train. I'm a registrar. Do both of them death certificates, but it's much more. We're kind of the mom of the office and she's my deputy. I think my title actually officially is deputy for the office, but this is my deputy registrar. Thank you. Any more questions? And then once the position is open, then we would transform, begin paying it out of our health fund. No, this is a single position, but we will for maybe 30 days. We will have two people in that position. One who's exiting and one who's training to take it over and the one who's training to take over, we want to pay for out of our, because we don't have the funding to pay for it both out of health.
