07/29/25 Commissioners Special Meeting [17:45-19:42]
But that's different because I make sure everybody gets a chance to be heard that they get to ask questions all the court process that has to be. So, there is a variation here between, I mean, what we've been talking about right now is, criminal, I mean, how we look at it as criminal charge. But there's also the civil side of this that I don't know whether the general public understands that if my name was Duncan's and my yard and bites me or attacks my grandchild or a pet, that there's civil litigation that can occur and really, as a county, probably never be involved in that other than maybe if Chad was called to testify at that or something in that nature. So, we don't want to leave out that opportunity for the public to resolve issues. So, and I've had a few checking cases for checking, you know, what about, so, I mean, that's a small frame's case, yeah. But, I mean, I don't know what major reason why I'm here is, I'm an animal owner, I'm a livestock owner, I lay not being a warrior, I don't like anymore rules that can get away with, because, you know, I live in the care, I live outside sitting in the limits for a reason, I don't want to want my grass to affect anybody in the middle of the cell.
