If they get money to begin with, that money comes from somewhere, and it's coming from tax money, so everybody's in that, everybody's in that same group, and I don't think what you're understanding is primary jurisdiction. I mean, honestly, if we really want to get down to brush tax, I shouldn't probably even have a speciality in the Mitchell schools. Let's see if Mitchell's at least about that. Let's provide an SRO, and then the city of Mitchell, and the school, and then they can figure out how to do it, like I've went above and beyond, with the free training, free equipment, supplying up, helping get that officer in there, and what I think I'm going to farm because there is not a single school of Mitchell that's in my primary jurisdiction. I understand there are kids from the county that build there, but those kids' families are paying tax money that is filtered through the Mitchell schools to help pay for that position as well. So I mean, I feel like you're cherry-picking a couple little things, trying to make your point, and you're not seeing you overall picture of things. It just, I'm dumbfounded by this, but I'll say it honestly, I don't care, I don't care if you're participating in this, I don't care if it's an opening, or whatever. I was elected to be the Chair of Lawrence County, it's a constitutional position. I'm about to apartment one of the council and about the commission, which I work with you guys, you guys have certain things you're in charge of, but what you're not in charge of is how I like to be my men power, and what I think I need to do to keep our cities in safe. If you don't approve this, I'm going to have an officer out of the enough! Because I'm not even going to take it, We're just not going to get $75,000 out of them. So I mean that's really what I'm going to do right now. I see what you're saying, but I think you're not figuring everything out. So, in with it. So. I have a question. So he's saying that the school is going to pay $7,000. Let me turn it into $70,000 for that officer out there. But if that officer is not at his school and the school is not paying that, is not the county still paying that same amount for that officer to sit over there in that office? Yes, it's not a new position. Right. So right now the county is paying the entirety of that deputy salary. Right. That's a very new person. Here it is using the deputy that's already over there. Yes. So the school is offering to pay a percentage of the salary, selling plus stops. Yes. So if he doesn't go to the school and he still sitting over there, the county's going to pay the full, right? There. He wouldn't be sitting there. He'd be on the number, yes. And his youth run into that. Yes. He's not at the school and he's not at the department. The county is going to pay that amount. Now the B&L's offering, if you sit at the school, will pay 70% or 75%? 75%? Yes. Yes, basically, yes. You're right. Okay. I just want to make sure I'm at that. Correct. Well, I have one more question and I'll be still. I know you are having a severe short and general road deputies. Okay. How do you reconcile taking one for all your road deputies and putting it to school versus both Lords hiring and paying their own as mutually as being a special deputy to still have the same character and then you sell your deputies. So I've got people hired, the council, the council approves about it. So I've got people hired. They're getting ready to do their pre-basic next week. They go with the academy in September that will only give us one true. We're starting to do an hiring process. We're in the middle of hiring process for the last spot now. So if members were about into this year, we're going to be fully, we'll be fully staffed. You know, and for all of us, you know, when I'm fully staffed, I have a spot for a drug investigator. And basically, I'm just saying I'm not going to have a drug investigator now. I'm going to have an SRO because the kids of safety is more important. I can investigate the drug dealing stuff. I can work with the state police to investigate the drug dealing stuff. So it's just, I mean, it goes back to the budget I turned into the county council. I got $400,000 out of the budget. This year's budget, I'm reducing my requested budget by $400,000 because I'm figuring out ways to reconfigure and change the way things work. And I mean, that's what I was going to do. That's what I was paid to do is to figure out the best way to do things. And that's what I'm doing here is I'm reallocating where I can use that. And be out there. I just, I can't, and I have good conscience for you.
