And put back a general fund instead of taking it for salary that is due to me through the law. Why not have it my, they removed my wife from the county offering insurance so you can know what it clearly says in the handbook. Did you get the officials or exempt from it? I'm still because employees have done it. I am leaving my wife from it. That's going to save the county another $10,446. And that comes at a personal cost to me just like this how everything does. The, I spent $2,000, $16,000, almost $2,000, $2,000, a self-generated commissary money that the county didn't have to fund. Just day-to-day operations in the department. You know, once the state gets it up to their payments, we bring in about $300,000 a year for housing DOC inmates. I have my payments in August, but that should get cut up in July when the money comes out for the state. I've talked about this before, but I work with the state board accounts, the auditor's office, county attorney, commissioners. You guys have passed ordinances and set up budgets and funds for funds that were just sitting there not used to the equivalent of about $200,000. And now we can use for things. And all of that, all of that, $800,000, I've said, plus all of this other, I've never even asked for an additional cent from the council out of the general fund. The only extra money that we have asked for is from KUNKA to pay for the videos and the things that are in terms of companies that basically said you have to do if you want to have insurance. Now a single payment by ask for on top of all that, all that savings. I feel like it's easy to kick off the KBS because we have such a big budget, but I feel like it's hard to dispute the sacrifice and the conservative values that I have demonstrated. Since being shared, I'm still achieving the things that I said that we were going to do. I kind of take care of that. And now in that last page, I'm not going to bore you with it, but I've provided this for you all before and some other things. But the total amount that I run the shares department on for non-personnel, like every single aspect that had the department, is $1.3 billion. That is it for non-personnel. And only $300,000 of that comes out of general fund. Everything else or out of these other funds. So $308,000 out of general fund that's not personnel, we do a phenomenal job running that place on very little money in the grand scheme of things. And of that, $1.3 billion. Prisoner meals are $215,000. I can't not feed inmates. Jail medical, mental health services, that's another $400,000. We have to have that. Utilities is almost $200,000. Building maintenance. As you know, that building has all kinds of prongs, but we have survived for three years now with just $50,000 a year on that. Fleet is about $300,000 a year and that's just two new cars a year. And then fuel and the routine maintenance. And then the other expenses is only, you know, training and all that stuff. So we run the shares department very physically sound. And really with very little money in the grand scheme of things. So I'm asking, you know, 14%, basically 14% of my yearly budget. I've saved me 11 months to tell by the county. So I'm just asking that in addition to showing that I have been working physically responsible, and then how we're working with such an upgraded main power right now, with all the new, with our current calls and things like that. And I get it. You guys aren't there every day. You don't, you don't see the nature of the college. You don't see what we're dealing with every day. But why didn't you read the police stuff? Yeah. I read. That gives you kind of an idea. But you just, I mean, it's hard to have like today. We had three people working through. And then self, the major, the chief debt, we were all out on calls as well. And they were all like, they weren't the kind of call. They weren't like Vengex or they weren't calls that we could put off. They were calls that were serious calls of immediate police matter. And, I mean, it's just, it's just the way it is every day. And I, it scares me to know that we are asking two deputies to cover shifts sometimes. It scares me for you guys. It scares me for the public. And it certainly scares me for my officers because my officers spouses want their, want their husband arrives to come home at the end of the night. So I'm just asking that not only keep in mind the numbers I'm giving you, but also the budget and how much I have saved.
