what I went through. So, if I don't have a plan updated and to standard, then they'll just put your money, so they're just making it harder to get money as much as they're doing. We have an 88 plan, it expires this year, and we did, we paid like, who was it, D.O.C. like $30,000, $30,000 in 2015, we do an 88 plan, we really need to pay in by us. Again, I can take that information, and the information we have, and I'll be able to say that. So, it doesn't the clerk's office have to know about ABAs that- Yeah, title sits on you. The cool thing is in that, put a bunch of forms on the website, that we can just take it in club and play Reds County in there, and I've already did that, I'm just going to get it signed and set up so we're in the finance. And I will get an 88 plan updated, sign all that stuff. The changes they made to it is now that we've always been annual training requirements, and we're just going to start enforcing that. So, I'll probably have to sit out to the part of the heads, hey, this is your annual training. They just report back to the good, and they can know that I send it up to the state, everybody's happy. So, and there has to be inspection on all the rooms, the county homes, so like sidewalks, it's all sidewalks, ramps, stuff like that, for wheelchairs, the buttons for the wheelchairs. We should be in good shape for that. Yeah, and I think that's 2015 is how all this has been. It's happened at the courthouse, right? That's why I let's change out this way. I was still a little off that point, but I'm not now, but, well, all the steps over there, I just have to look at that 2015 plan and sit down and go with people that have been here for long, say, yes, we did this, we did that, and I just submit that saying, hey, this stuff's been updated since 2015, and we'll stay in compliance. It's just the only thing I'm asking for is when I send out, hey, we got into this training that department heads and a lot of reports back, and that's any building that we occupy as a county, so this training's been done. So, that's on hand, and inspectors can be done like that, maintenance people can say, hey, I look at these sidewalks, they're still good in good condition, there's a slide they say, they're all that stuff, and I'm really down with a bunch of documents that check list and stuff like that, we can just go down and check it and say, yep, looks good. I'd say we're, I think we're in good shape with that again. We're in good shape, however, we just had two counties got to our bus state that they didn't have an 88 plan, and we're not getting federated at the South Central College, so they're paying people $50,000 worth of 38 plans, no, we don't need to do that, we don't need to spend even more money on something that was early and didn't, in my opinion. So, the old mess bottle of halving in the box is the breathing I got, a slideshow for HP 1461, if you guys want to go over, if you guys got any questions, you all have a member, so that's all I have. That's all I have. Thank you. Thank you. If I get more information, I just should be out to you guys. That's a good shape, thank you. You're welcome. You're welcome. Thank you. You're welcome. Thank you. Okay. Mark the turner. Good. I'm coming to you to ask for a rate increase, actually a scale increase, for my payroll deputy. Most of you know Nicole, and since Nicole came on board, she has saved the current quite a bit of money in audits on the different deductions that we take, not only has she saved the counting money, she has saved the employees money, she has corrected pay records, so that employees are paid correctly. We came across a lot of the stakes, they were delinquent in making some of our payments, we are no longer delinquent in making any payments that concern Perth, Federal, State taxes, any directions that employees have, everything is made on an on time basis, and very timely. The call is currently on a D scale, I would like to move her to an E scale. This would be an increase of $1,747 per year. We only have six months left to this year, so this year's impact would be $873.50. I would not need to come and ask for an additional for this money because I didn't have a bookkeeper for three months, so I do have the funds in my appropriation, and then I would just in my budget put her in at a scale E, probably the 2026 year.
