Other requirements, they're changed to where we have to have a county ordinance created who ever signs purchase orders. I don't know if that's just the highway or everybody. So if that's for my high signs of purchase order, like my equipment stuff, that person has to be on the ordinance. Can you get an answer like, is that office supplies, is that equivalent, didn't really have an answer for that one? Are you the first in the signs of purchase orders? Not all, no. My branch for them does equipment. Jenny, there's a lot of fixers. So we'll just get a line down, if he does block. I'll write it down, and we'll figure it out. And the commissioners didn't have a ordinance yet. No, because this is all comes in next year for fiscal year 20. No, we end. 26. No, six. End time does it by July to July. So next summer in July, 2027, no, 2026 for school years, when it kicks in, 2027, how do they do it? They do July to July, which is way off from everybody else. So all this has to be in effect by next July. It's the best way to say it. So we've got a year to get out, let's sort of get out. The bad thing is townships and cities, how they still get a direct distribution for rural tax, they have to create their own rural tax if they have a population of a certain amount. They'll be like, bet from the ritual. At the end? Shipstick? Some, if they have a certain population and output slide shows on the back, that same briefing I got at the population of Hakes over 5,000, was it? They have to come up with their own rural tax. So the good thing, the bad thing because people live there is don't get double taxed. So they'll get the county rural tax and the city rural tax. So that's the big fight, everybody was fighting. So that's if they want a direct rate or if they want to compete. So if they want to just compete for the 100 billion, then they could just compete for it if they don't want to imply a rural tax. So if they want a direct distribution from the stake, they have to have a rural tax. Well, the distribution to them would be for more. They're lame miles. Well, townships don't, they don't take care of that. It's population, I know. So let's say I probably don't have that. Oh really, we did examine. They don't have over 5,000 people, so they ain't got to worry about that. OK. So I'm saying, however, the city of Bedford. OK, so you're going to be in this palace. In this palace? Yeah, ships don't take care of that, bro. So there's some townships in the state that do. So that's where all that can be done. Please take many, many, many years from here, bro. I'm going to start. I think they're trying to start that as well as they're trying to start it. Can ships are going to start taking care of their own roads? They, in that I see stuff that Brian and James shared, that certain townships have to set up a certain percentage of their funds, like they're appropriated for a bridge and road to help the county out, to take care of the ones in their district. How does that's going to work? They haven't come out of the house. Yeah. They haven't come out of the house anymore yet, but that's what they're planning. It's been a game of life, for sure. So there's some good to it. For the county, for example, we get that, that this should be, we don't have to compete every year and fill out that nonsense. The bad is the little paperwork required, more certifications, and they expect, in the age to decline because of fuel sales, because of all electrical cars, better efficient cars and all that stuff. And they expect the Cune Bridge just kind of plateau, they don't expect it to grow after so many years. So at some point, much of you got Cune Bridge is what you got, it won't flex. So that's what I can get out of that meeting, and I'm supposed to come around all the commissioners and council and give you guys the same brief. Now that happens or what happens, let's see how I got this. The good thing that I will say, perennial tap, perennial goes here, they're making an easy for us, they're giving us all the products, they've got an ERCGIS where it's a app, I go on the road, I'll say it's pace or getting something, that downloads my having lane models or got all for me, so I don't have to go out for you. It's a free resource, I don't have to go out and measure stuff and say, yep, this is three lanes and all that, it's an app, but on the phone, so if we're on that, I throw in the pace of waiting how many lanes, no, so I'll be in the asset management at the end of the year. And they're going to come down and train us on how to use it, because some of my guys are federal savvy. My next thing I want to talk about is the title, so I'll explain you the requirements for the Reds County. Federal funding, you know, commission is applying me to 88 for the county, which is fine, I have some experience in that. But I know that if you have a plan, federal aid is going to go away, and I feel it's a free resource, I know a lot of people in the county get paid by grants and stuff like that. I mean, I got probably four million in federal aid right now and bridges alone, that's
