I think I spoke with you and built on it at the office. OK. This is going to be a long run. This is going to be a really short time. Yep. So, where exactly did this money come from? What? It's out of our MBA plus. It's not general budget. Yeah. It's all in the ages. So, this is actually the money that comes in from the state for the wheel and certain tasks that you pay on your license. And then we can tell us what this money is. More questions? OK. Motion. May it be a present? Yes. Motion. Second. Motion. Second. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. And last one is the same thing. I'm not far out of the age. Correct. Different from that. Question of this. Any kind of motion? Motion. Motion. Motion. Second. Second. Any questions? Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. And that's why I'm budgeting. OK. This was changed around over the past year. Good evening. President Biden, I'm from Members of the Council. I'm here for Judge NYCERD, for Judge Plummer. OK. For more and superior court, one. What would you say would you say? Listen. Just glad to be in the game, you know? Just fine. It's just fine. But they have a vacancy with a court reporter. And they just had one leave recently. And so they want to have permission to go ahead and fill, or at least look for the proper person to fill the court reporter role. They've already budgeted for it. In fact, at this point, they have enough left in their budget for that position that there's no way they're going to expend all the funds. OK. This is a level E. Court reporters, I think, are all level E. So just letting you all know. Not the total salary, but remember, it's already budgeted for for this year. But the total annual is $40,329. For this year, that court reporter, if hired by next week, it'd be something close to, I believe, Patty. Ms. Celie has all the numbers here for me. But it's around $21,000. And they have more than that left in their budget to pay if they can find the right court reporter. So they're asking for permission to go ahead and fill that vacancy. This is $1.5. Yes. Do you know what she's prepared to get? Court administrator, Celie's here as well. She would know the numbers much better. She is on the lease staff. Pardon me? He's on the lease staff towards this. Well, we have five up in circle with two judges. They have five in Superior Court one. And then six in Superior Court two. I think Superior Court two has six. Yes. I just think they run six, six, and then five. I think five on the lease. Oh, OK. My apologies. We do have five court reporters in a bailiff in circle with the two judges. So. You've had a question. OK. I want to have a question. Can we move to the second? Second. Any second? Any further questions? I'll clear with motion. We say aye. Aye. No. Thank you. Appreciate it. OK. Man brought us some more. Thank you. Thank you for the opportunity to speak with you today. I've handed the packet out. I will kind of go through the packet as I'm speaking, so you can follow. But thanks for the opportunity to speak with you today about something that is not just under our feet, but vital to our future. The federal water and the dedicated people who protect them are still a water conservation district or the SWCD.
