But again, I said that before. I think it's going to be difficult for you to operate under the $17.3. You may have to utilize cash reserves for a couple of years. In 2026 and 27. But you're also suggesting that we start shifting those excess levies. Yes. Right. Which has already really occurred. You started doing that in 2025. But in 2030, you're going to have to go the opposite way. I hate it. Our first key is question. Yes. Hey, my religion didn't do the study for two months ago, but I remember who you were right here before. And we switched our levies. We were told that was not sustainable. Right. It was a knock-o. Yeah. But that's not a new home with how we switched our lives. Right. It's not sustainable. Probably around 2030. I had all those funds I said when we shifted around 29, 2030, and we were able to shift it back to those funds. Right. The next time we will have a new year, we'll have the new record income time. We will have the new record income time. We will continue growing these as debt bill 1. It will, but I think you can start that record income tax at a rate that we'll cover that. That's what the general assembly wanted you to do. So 0.9% I have shown in here that no coverage of deficits. So that's why this planing is going to be very critical because, yes, there are some shortfalls as far as you could start outspending your receipt. So we want to make sure we set that local income tax at a level that is good. You know, do you set for the taxpayers not the maps? Because I don't think they're going to have to go to the maps, but enough to cover these shortfalls. I think there's all those funds. I'm just kidding. We need to do. We have to give back to that plus at the same time as you mentioned, the raises, you know, the percentages, you know, that's just back to the direction. So how long are we going to be in a position where we can't look at those without doing some major cuts? And that's why I say we're better cautious. In 2026, if you want that balance budget, I would say you need to be at 17.3. I just think that's going to be difficult for you. I really, really do. But 17.3, you won't need to watch your cash reserves. Something else that's been happening over the last few years is you're getting supplemental local income tax, which we never know about until May. I think you've already gotten your distribution. But that's been, it was 725,000 last year and another 663,000 this year. That's coming to an end. Starting in 2028, there will be no more subtle amounts. So you guys have been getting that every year since at least 2022, that's extra money that we won't even expect it. I don't even know if it was in that report. But... 725,000, we got it. Yeah, about 725,000 and 524. And this year in May, you will be getting, if you haven't already gotten it, 663,000. So that's a bit of a little extra bonus that's helped offset maybe that deficit. And now it won't be there in 26. You may get it in 2026. Starting in 2028, you will no longer get it because it's going to go away. Starting in 2028. In 2025, about there, there was those shoes when we went through that with the apartment here. You know, that tower in Hamburg, which is really really close to 202,000. And you guys can make a little bit better on this one here. Yeah. That's what we're doing here. We're going around the assumption that we are doing a short walk in Hamburg. Well, if you compare your budgets, what you budget to your receipts, it probably isn't around $1,000. That's why I focus in on what is your operating receipts. It's about 17.3 and 17.4 on that. How can we be healthy for a student to make money? You're not spending. That's just it. You're not spending that $2,000. If you're getting in more receipts, it's probably a combination of both. You're not because in 2024, you spent 18.2 million. And you had 18.265 million of receipts. I mean, it's very possible we were conservative with our receipts. I don't remember what we were showing as receipts for 2024, but we tend to be on the conservative side. Hopefully when I tell you it was worst case scenario, but in 2024, your actual receipts was 18.9.265.
