A bethau i niall yn ceithaint a roi o gweithio fawr ym questos ac yn yw'r gwawn'r yngweithio. So if the county calculates your tax bill and we exceed that cap then we're going to get a credit. In other words, you're not going to pay some of your tax bill if you hit that cap. So it's really kind of the way you can view it as its unpaid property tax. So if you look at this chart at the top of the page here, in 2025, about 5.9% of what you want to be is return to the taxpayers and the form of credit. So if you look at 2025, you are currently revenue 10.8 million dollars. You will rightly only correct about 10.2, 10 million 172,633,000, is what doesn't get paid because of the circuit record credit. So to say it in simple terms, if we work in this environment of circuit record credits, you would have an additional 633,000 dollars to spend in your operating funds. So unfortunately, the circuit breakers are here to stay. There is a possibility that these circuit breakers will increase due to Senate Bill 1. The change is made in Senate Bill 1 and we have put some increases in this report. You can see by 2029 increased that up to 935,000. Once we run it through the model, it might be higher. That may be seen, but the reason why is because with all these homestead deductions and various things happening with ugly deductions and deductions on residential rental properties, that's going to maybe potentially drag down your net assess value, which in turn would increase your property tax rates, which in turn could increase the circuit breaker credits. So again, that's kind of what we knew before passed out because by 2031 would be the full effect. A lot of these things were phased in over the next five or six years. I think 2026 is going to be the least impacted, but as we start wrapping up, 2031 should be the most impacted. Moving down to the next chart on the bottom of that page is just if you're interested in counting right, there's about $4.4 million of credits that are returned to the taxpayers. So taxpayers are getting a benefit to the tune of $4.4 million in our property tax bills. More on its county, the county here that contributes to about 14.5%.

{# E23 (Nick, ruling section 1 answer 10): quoting a bill or a court opinion works the way quoting a news article works. Select a passage above and the same panel opens: the passage goes to the official you choose, with this document's own address as its source and its own type. #}
