See AO Alfa-Bank v. Doe, No. 20A-MI-2352 (Ind. Ct. App. May 19, 2021). Specifically, this Court held that the Bank failed to comply with the Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act, see Indiana Code Chapter 34-44.5-1 (“the Act”), when it issued a Florida non-party subpoena duces tecum (“Florida Subpoena”) to L. Jean Camp in Monroe County.
