On direct appeal, this Court recited the pertinent facts as follows: The State charged Bell with murder and Class A felony conspiracy to commit robbery, which was elevated to a Class A felony because of serious bodily injury.[ 1] The State also alleged that Bell was a[n] habitual offender[2]. . . .
