Officer Boggs woke Sexton and smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. Sexton gave Officer Boggs a false name and false date of birth. Sexton then refused to exit the vehicle, and Officer Boggs and other officers attempted to remove Sexton from the vehicle. During the struggle, Sexton kept trying to reach into his pants pocket.
