Kossifos claims that the bar negligently served another patron, Ray Kupiec, and that Kupiec subsequently physically attacked Kossifos and broke her arm. The trial court then entered an order clarifying that PEK was the successor company to Pete Mamounas, Incorporated, and, therefore, should be substituted as the defendant party.
