Officer Mounsey could smell alcohol as he spoke to the occupants—Strack and a female passenger. Strack’s toddler-aged daughter was also in the car. Officer Mounsey asked if anyone had been drinking. Strack admitted to consuming several beers. Officer Mounsey requested that Strack participate in field sobriety tests, and Strack agreed.
