I'll remind the public that we have a policy of public engagement, and we often violate that, and I have patients for it to some extent. When the public is to engage and have citizen participation, we have rule that they need to remain germane to the topic and to the meeting, that they aren't to disparage commissioners or elected officials. Such persons shall therefore be seated until the presiding officer shall be determined whether the person is in order. If a person is so engaged in presentation, she'll be out of order or he or she will not be permitted to speak at the same meeting except upon special leave by the commission.
