Can I ask you, what's the plan when you'll get to capacity? Because it looks like you're going to get to capacity, and I don't want you. There's no one else to allow me. So how are you going to deal with the open meetings, Zach, saying you're not having a public meeting? So we are going to. By sure me doesn't work. No, no, no, we're going to open up the back end, the back door there, and allow people to come in and speak if they would like to speak. Yeah, but how does people need to be able to be in the meeting? The Oklahoma law says that people have to be in a meeting, and it had to be allowed in the meeting. You can excuse me all you want to. I'm not excusing you. I don't have an answer for you. That's the time manager? OK. So what's your plan when you get to capacity? Because you can't have a meeting when people are locked out. You can't do that. They have to be able to be present and witness the meeting. We're trying to meet. So adjourn the meeting and call it through a bigger place. Because you're going to break the law. I mean, I'm serious. The Oklahoma Open Meeting Zach says that everybody has to write to attend the meeting. If you walk people out, even if you let a man to talk, you're still keeping them out for the meeting. We're asking also asking people when they're not speaking on item, if they would leave. So what if they don't want to leave? They understand someone like me. So how are you going to deal with some people who are going to be locked out of the meeting? I'm not trying to do the best we can. Yeah, but you should have had an overflow room with the TV broadcasting in an overflow room that would have been how you comply with the act. Right, if you don't have that, you can't leave people outside. You're breaking the law. I'm trying to do the best we can. I understand. Doing the best, trying to do the best you can and following the law are two different things. And there was no room available with the overflow capacity and monitors or anything like that. So then we schedule it for another time where you can find a place. We already have the agenda published. I understand that, but just because you have an agenda published doesn't mean you can't convene the meeting and say, hey, we don't have the capacity to handle the crowd. Let's reconvene this at another time. Because if you, here's the thing, if you, just so you know, anything you do here, if you have people locked outside is invalid. And I will follow the lawsuit tomorrow on this because I know that tried it last night and they broke and let everybody in the building. But if you don't, you're in Oklahoma County. I'll have my lawyers follow the lawsuit tomorrow. I'm trying to squeeze this one in the paper one. Now, not trying to, you have to let everybody that wants to come in the meeting, come in the meeting. And I'm trying to talk to you nicely, man to man and say, look, I don't want you to break the law. I don't want you to do that. But if you do, then do I arrest you? Do I, do I, do I, citizens arrest you? Because Title 21 says I can citizens arrest somebody for a misdemeanor violation of the Oklahoma of the Meetings Act as a misdemeanor. I don't want to have to have Wilson or somebody put you in handcuffs and arrest you under my allegations. And I'll take you to the magistrate. You're not, you're not so big that I couldn't just grab a hold of you and take you. It says grab a hold of the person and take them to the, to the things. I don't want to do that. Because then these guys are going to get all pissy that I put my hands on a, on the city manager and then we're going to have a whole big kerfuffle and I don't want the kerfuffle. So you're going to tell me you're going to let make sure everybody gets in. Trying to make you get everybody in the meeting. Not try. You have to let everybody in the meeting, sir. You have to let everybody in the meeting or you have to reconvene the meeting. That's your two choices. That's what the law says. So just follow the law. If we get to the point, we have to make that decision. We'll make the decision. But we're also trying to see if we can get everyone in. Yeah, I understand. But I just don't, based on her clicker and her saying just now that it doesn't seem like many more people can come in. I don't think you're going to get everybody in here. And I'm just, I'm trying to preemptively avoid a problem. Because, I mean, you know, I might want to walk outside and walk back in. If somebody tells me I can't come back in, we're going to have problems. And I don't want to do that. I get it. I'm going to watch and see how this goes. OK, we can start. I just don't want any citizens locked outside. Try and one hand shitting the other. See which one fills that faster, right? I mean, that's the saying my grandfather used to say. So let's not do that, OK? Sorry, you don't lock citizens out of a meeting. You don't. The dude in the large turnout in a limited capacity, we are having to postpone this meeting until Wednesday, June 17th at a location to be determined. OK. That's crazy. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Perry, I've not found people in this meeting. Great.
